Self-weight balancing structure for suspended window
The invention discloses a self-weight balancing structure for a suspended window. The self-weight balancing structure comprises an outer window frame, the suspended window, a transmission shaft, a balance weight arm and a balance weight device installed in the outer window frame, wherein the two ends of the transmission shaft are connected with the outer window frame through bearing pedestals; window shaft connecting pieces are arranged on the portions, on the inner sides of the bearing pedestals, of the transmission shaft; the suspended window is connected with the transmission shaft throughthe window shaft connecting pieces; the balance weight arm is fixed to the outer sides of the bearing pedestals; the balance weight device is connected with the balance weight arm through a steel wirerope; and the balance weight device provides torque balanced with torque generated by the suspended window due to self weight for the transmission shaft through the balance weight arm connected withthe steel wire rope. According to the self-weight balancing structure, a gas spring is used for providing balance force for the suspended window, and therefore the balance weight device is small in size, easy to install and low in cost; in addition, the balance weight device can be completely placed in the outer window frame, the device is located in a relatively closed space while attractivenessis not affected, the stability of the device can be guaranteed, and the service life can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种悬窗用平衡自重结构,包括外窗框、悬窗、传动轴、配重臂和安装在外窗框内的配重装置,所述传动轴两端通过轴承座与外窗框相连,所述轴承座内侧传动轴上设有窗轴连接件,所述悬窗通过窗轴连接件与传动轴相连,所述轴承座外侧固定有配重臂,所述配重装置通过钢丝绳与配重臂相连;所述配重装置通过钢丝绳所连接的配重臂向传动轴提供与悬窗因自重产生的扭矩相平衡的扭矩。本发明利用气弹簧提供悬窗平衡力,使得配重装置体积小、易安装并且成本低,此外本发明的配重装置可完全放置于外窗框中,在不影响美观的同时使装置处在一个相对密闭空间中,能够保障装置的稳定性并延长使用寿命。
