The invention provides a method for preventing false alarm of an intelligent door lock and an intelligent door lock system. The method for preventing false alarm of the intelligent door lock comprisesthe following steps of: binding the intelligent door lock with a remote terminal; when the number of times of wrong input of the unlocking password reaches a preset number of times, acquiring an image of an unlocking person and sending the image to a remote terminal; sending a continuous unlocking signal or a locking signal to the intelligent door lock by a remote terminal operator; if the intelligent door lock receives the locking signal, enabling the intelligent door lock to give an alarm and/or to be locked; and if the intelligent door lock receives the unlocking continuing signal, enabling the intelligent door lock to send a password prompt question to an unlocking person, if the unlocking person answers the password prompt question correctly,unlocking the intelligent door lock, and otherwise,enabling the intelligent door lock to give an alarm and/or to be locked. Compared with the prior art, an unlocking person photo is added and obtained in the door lock misinformation preventing process, family members are informed to carry out multiple verification such as identity verification and password prompting, and the situation that the door lock gives an alarm and/or is locked bymistake is avoided.
