Ceramic raw material processing system and method
The embodiment of the invention provides a ceramic raw material processing system and method. The system comprises a powder bin used for storing raw materials, a flow electronic scale used for adjusting the proportion of the raw materials, a dry powder iron removing machine used for removing impurities, a pressing machine hopper used for storing the materials and a controller. The pressing machinehopper is provided with a material level sensor. The material level sensor and the flow electronic scale are connected with the controller. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether material capacity is greater than a capacity threshold; if the material capacity is greater than the capacity threshold, pausing the operation; and obtaining the material proportion through man-machineequipment, and adjusting the flow of the flow scale according to the proportion. Data obtained by the material level sensor serve as feedback signals, the controller adjusts the working speed of thesystem according to the signals, and meanwhile the flow scale can receive the proportion and adjust the flowing speed of raw materials according to the proportion. The problems that an existing ceramic raw material processing system lacks feedback signals and the proportion cannot be adjusted are solved.
