Method for co-processing construction waste and bulk industrial solid waste
The invention relates to a method for co-processing construction waste and bulk industrial solid waste. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, researching properties of bulk solid waste iron ore tailings; 2, researching the properties of the construction waste; 3, performing a construction waste resource utilization process; 4, setting the rotating speed of a rotor of the impact crusher; 5, arranging a permanent magnet iron remover; 6, determining the gradient of a large material funnel; 7, performing dry dust removal; 8, performing product aggregate detection; and 9, producing sintered bricks from muck, dust and tailings. According to the technical scheme, construction waste is treated, and finished aggregate is produced; then the muck is separated out and dust is collected forcontinuous utilization, and the muck and the collected dust are mixed with iron ore tailings to be used as sintering brickmaking raw materials.
