The invention discloses a preparation method of aerogel expanded perlite. The preparation method is based on a process for preparing SiO2 aerogel through normal-pressure drying, SiO2 hydrosol is adsorbed into a porous structure of expanded perlite through a physical impregnation and adsorption process, and the aerogel expanded perlite is prepared through the processes of gel aging, solvent replacement, surface modification, normal-pressure drying and the like. The aerogel in the aerogel expanded perlite prepared by the invention can be uniformly filled in the pore structure of the expanded perlite and has good chemical compatibility with the expanded perlite; the filling of the aerogel improves the microstructure and heat transfer mechanism of the expanded perlite, so that the aerogel expanded perlite has typical mesoporous structure characteristics, good hydrophobicity and low heat conductivity coefficient.
本发明公开了一种气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩的制备方法。本发明所述制备方法以常压干燥制备SiO2气凝胶的工艺为基础,利用物理浸渍吸附工艺将SiO2水溶胶吸附于膨胀珍珠岩的多孔结构中,经过凝胶老化、溶剂置换、表面改性和常压干燥等工艺制备得到气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩。本发明所制得的气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩中气凝胶可以均匀地填充于膨胀珍珠岩的孔结构中并与膨胀珍珠岩具有良好的化学兼容性;气凝胶的填充改善了膨胀珍珠岩的微观结构和传热机制,从而使气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩具有典型的介孔结构特征、良好的疏水性质和较低的导热系数。
