The invention belongs to the technical field of compositions of mortar, concrete or artificial stone of asphalt materials, and discloses rubber asphalt concrete, which comprises rubber asphalt and graded stone, wherein the rubber asphalt comprises petroleum asphalt, rubber powder and an interface modifier; and the interface modifier comprises SBS, EVA, a rubber cross-linking agent and carbon black. The preparation method of the rubber asphalt concrete comprises the following steps: fully stirring and mixing the prepared rubber asphalt and graded stone in a high-temperature environment to formthe rubber asphalt concrete. The rubber asphalt concrete is prepared from the improved rubber asphalt, and the used rubber asphalt solves the problems of poor storage stability and unstable comprehensive pavement performance and poor performance caused by poor storage stability when the rubber asphalt is applied to an asphalt mixture in the prior art; the performance of the rubber asphalt concretecan be stable.
