The invention discloses high-strength roadbed concrete and a preparation method thereof. The method for preparing the high-strength roadbed concrete comprises the following steps: taking industrial solid waste thiourea filter residues (Ca(OH)2) and fly ash as cementing materials, taking graded big stones and thermal power plant slag as coarse and fine aggregates respectively, adding a certain proportion of external water, and carrying out raw material pretreatment, stirring and mixing, thereby obtaining the high-strength roadbed concrete. The product provided by the invention can replace otherroadbed stabilizing materials to be used for paving base layers and sub-base layers of cement concrete highway engineering of a second grade and below. Meanwhile, the industrial solid waste is safelyand efficiently utilized to prepare the high-strength roadbed concrete, so that on one hand, the utilization of national non-renewable resources is reduced, on the other hand, the utilization value of the industrial solid waste resources is maximized, and the pollution of the industrial solid waste to the environment is greatly reduced; and industrial waste residues are safely and efficiently utilized, high-strength roadbed concrete is obtained, and the invention has great significance in environmental protection and waste utilization.
