The invention relates to water-resistant high-strength plastering gypsum. In order to overcome the defect of poor water resistance of the existing gypsum plastering material, the water-resistant high-strength plastering gypsum is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-70% of high-strength gypsum powder, 1-30% of light calcium powder, 1-50% of heavy calcium powder, 1-20% of vitrified micro bubbles, 1-10% of diatomite, 1-3% of lignocellulose, 1-3% of calcium stearate, 0.1-3% of cellulose ether, 0.1-3% of starch ether, 0.1-10% of a powdery adhesive and 1-5% of a gypsum retarder. The water-resistant high-strength plastering gypsum can replace existing plastering gypsum, plastering mortar and other building materials, the building decoration quality is remarkablyimproved, and meanwhile a large amount of labor cost is saved.
