本发明提供了一种免蒸免烧砖及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明实现了天然气水基钻井固废的减量化资源化;粉煤灰是从煤燃烧后烟气中的细灰,掺加粉煤灰节约了大量的水泥和细骨料,减少了用水量,改善了混合浆料的和易性,增强混合浆料的可泵性,减少了混混合浆料的徐变,减少水化热、热能膨胀性,提高免蒸免烧砖抗渗能力,增加免蒸免烧砖的修饰性;水泥作为胶凝材料,其呈粉末状,与适量水拌合成塑性浆体,经过物理化学过程浆体能变成坚硬的石状体,并能将散粒状材料胶结成为整体,还能更好地在水中硬化,保持并发展强度;脱硫石膏作为硫酸盐激发剂,起到促进剂的作用,能直接和间接增强免蒸免烧砖的强度。
