The invention discloses a preparation method of ball clay for a ceramic body, which comprises the steps of preparing kaolin into slurry with the concentration of 15%, adding a dispersing agent sodiumsilicate, grading by a phi75-type cyclone to obtain underflow, and carrying out stripping and magnetic separation on the underflow to obtain coarse-grained kaolin; and carrying out magnetic separationon the kaolin secondary tailings to obtain the ceramic white sand. Coarse-grained kaolin and ceramic white sand are compounded to replace a raw ore soil raw material, the coarse-grained kaolin subjected to magnetic separation and the ceramic white sand subjected to magnetic separation are uniformly mixed according to the ratio of 3: 1-17: 3, the ball clay for the ceramic body is obtained throughthe steps of stripping, reselection, filter pressing and the like, and the single-sample whiteness value is not lower than 75% after calcination at the temperature of 1280 DEG C. According to the preparation method, the comprehensive cost of manpower, material resources, chemical material expenses and the like is reduced, the self-made general composite ball clay is adopted to replace natural rawore soil raw materials under the condition that the whiteness and the quality of daily porcelain are not affected, dynamic balance between raw material supply and consumption is achieved, and coordinated development of the ceramic industry and the non-metal industry is promoted.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷坯用球土的制备方法,将高岭土制备成浓度为15%的浆料,加入分散剂水玻璃,经Φ75型的旋流器分级取底流,底流经剥片、磁选得到粗粒级高岭土;将高岭土二级尾砂进行磁选后得到瓷白砂。以粗粒级高岭土、瓷白砂复合替代原矿土原料,将磁选后的粗粒级高岭土与磁选后的瓷白砂按3:1~17:3的比例混匀后,经剥片、复选、压滤等步骤得到陶瓷坯用球土,其在1280℃煅烧后单样白度值不低于75%。本发明制备方法减少了人力、物力、化工料费用等综合成本,在不影响日用瓷白度以及品质的情况下采用自制通用复合球土来代替自然原矿土类原料,达到了原料供应与消费之间的动态平衡,促进了陶瓷产业与非金属产业的协调发展。
