High-strength foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides high-strength foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, laurylsodium sulfate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, a foam stabilizer, silicone oil, citric acid, bentonite, attapulgite, potassium titanate whiskers, a silane coupling agent, cement, fly ash, mineral powder, polypropylene fibers, a water reducing agent and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate and lauryl sodium sulfate into water, heating,keeping the temperature, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the foam stabilizer, silicone oil and citric acid, dispersing, and foaming to obtain the composite foaming agent; then mixing bentonite,attapulgite and potassium titanate whiskers, adding a silane coupling agent, performing ball milling and mixing, and obtaining a modified reinforcing agent; preferably, mixing cement, mineral powder,fly ash, gravels, river sand and polypropylene fibers, and adding water, a water reducing agent, a composite foaming agent and a modified reinforcing agent to prepare a module. The foam concrete provided by the invention has good compressive strength, water absorption and heat conductivity coefficient.
本发明提供了一种高强度泡沫混凝土及其制备方法,原料包括:α‑烯基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、泡沫稳定剂、硅油、柠檬酸、膨润土、凹凸棒土、钛酸钾晶须、硅烷偶联剂、水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉、聚丙烯纤维、减水剂和水。其制备方法是先将α‑烯基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠加至水中,加热保温,再加入羧甲基纤维素钠、泡沫稳定剂、硅油、柠檬酸,分散,发泡制得复合发泡剂;然后将膨润土、凹凸棒土和钛酸钾晶须混合,再加入硅烷偶联剂,球磨混合,得到改性增强剂;最好将水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰、碎石、河砂、聚丙烯纤维混合,再加入水、减水剂、复合发泡剂、改性增强剂,制成模块。本发明的泡沫混凝土具有良好的抗压强度、吸水率和导热系数。
