Lightweight concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses lightweight concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight concrete is prepared from the following raw materialsin parts by weight: cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water, a water reducing agent, basalt fibers, glass fibers, straw fibers, sodium alginate, calcium carbonate whiskers, D-mannitol, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring the foaming agent and 35-40% of the total amount of water for 10-15 minutes to obtain a foaming solution; and S2, mixing and stirring all the rest raw materials and the rest water for 5-10 minutes, then adding the foaming solution obtained in the step S1, and continuing to stir for 20-30 minutes. The lightweight concrete has the advantages of good thermal insulation property, high mechanical property and long service life; in addition, the preparation method is simple in step, easy tooperate, low in cost of used raw materials and suitable for large-scale production.
