Novel bamboo fiber reinforced prestressed concrete sleeper and performance enhancing method
The invention belongs to the technical field of rail transit concrete products, and discloses a novel bamboo fiber reinforced prestressed concrete sleeper and a performance reinforcing method. Bamboofibers are added into concrete, so that the bending resistance and the tensile strength of the sleeper are improved. The bamboo fibers are uniformly mixed in the concrete; the bamboo fiber concrete isfilled between prestressed reinforcement frameworks; the length of the bamboo fibers is 2cm to 4cm; and the diameter is 0.2 to 0.4mm. The problem that cracks are easily generated due to weak tensilestrength of a common prestressed concrete sleeper is solved. On the premise of meeting the requirements of the railway sleeper, the performance of the sleeper is optimized, and the bending strength, tensile strength and ductility of the sleeper are enhanced; the generation of early cracks of the concrete sleeper and the expansion of the cracks under the action of external force are inhibited; theelasticity of the sleeper is enhanced, the impact resistance is improved, and the effects of vibration reduction and noise reduction are achieved; and environmental protection is facilitated.
