The invention discloses a movable laser machining device for treating the surface of a steel rail in the related technical field of laser machining. The device comprises a bottom plate and four groupsof moving wheels, the four groups of moving wheels are uniformly arranged on the bottom end surface of the bottom plate, the four groups of moving wheels are movably connected with the bottom plate,and the four groups of moving wheels and the bottom plate are combined to form a moving trolley; the moving trolley is provided with a power mechanism, a box body detachably connected through bolts isarranged in the center of the top end face of the bottom plate, a movably connected stirring device is arranged in an inner cavity of the box body, a laser machining device is arranged on the left side end face of the box body, and a movably connected grinding device is arranged on the right side of the box body. The invention aims to solve the problem that rust and stains influence laser treatment of steel rails.
