The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a using method of a machining device for rail transit construction. The method comprises the following steps: preparing amachining device for rail transit construction, the machining device for rail transit construction comprising a rack, fixedly connecting arc-shaped feeding guide rails to the bottoms of two sides ofthe rack, rotatably installing a rotating shaft on the inner wall of the rack, fixedly connecting a concentric-square-shaped frame to the outer wall of the rotating shaft in a radial direction, forming inverted-U-shaped notches in the two side walls of the rack, and installing first sliding blocks slidably in the notches. According to the using method of the machining device for rail transit construction, when a drill bit rotates, bases on the two sides of a steel rail can be drilled; after drilling is completed, a reciprocating screw can drive the rack to move upwards, the rack moves upwardsto enable a permanent magnet to drive a bolt to move, and the bolt is installed in a drilled hole. Compared with the prior art, the steel rail drilling construction mode is simplified, steel rail drilling operation can be conducted only by a single constructor, and manpower resources are saved.
本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,尤其是一种轨道交通施工用加工装置的使用方法,包括下列步骤:S1:准备一轨道交通施工用加工装置,所述轨道交通施工用加工装置包括机架,所述机架两侧底部固接有弧形的上料导轨,所述机架内壁上可转动的安装有转轴,所述转轴外壁上径向固接有回形框,所述机架两侧壁上开设有倒U形的槽口,所述槽口内可滑动的安装有第一滑块,该轨道交通施工用加工装置的使用方法在钻头转动时可以对钢轨两侧的底座进行钻孔,钻孔完成后,往复螺杆会带动机架上移,机架上移令永磁体带动螺栓移动,将螺栓装入钻孔内;与现有方式相比较,本装置简化了钢轨钻孔的施工方式,只需单个施工人员即可进行钢轨钻孔操作,节约了人力资源。
