The invention discloses a road solid waste mobile crushing in-situ cold recycling construction method, which comprises the following steps of S1, coarse crushing: performing coarse crushing on a cement concrete pavement of a road to be repaired until a raw water stable layer is exposed, and performing coarse crushing on a cement concrete layer to obtain a concrete block a of which the size is smaller than 400mm * 400mm * 400mm; S2, fine crushing: adding the roughly-crushed concrete blocks a evenly into a crawler belt moving impact crusher for fine crushing on the construction site, and conducting fine crushing to obtain a graded mixture b with the particle size being smaller than or equal to 40 mm; S3, laying: uniformly laying the graded mixture b on the raw water stable layer to form a graded mixture layer c; S4, spraying: uniformly spraying a powdery stabilizing agent on the graded mixture layer c to form a water stabilizing material d; S5, mixing: stirring the water-stabilized material d on site by using an in-situ cold regenerator, and sprinkling water by using a sprinkler to generate a virtually paved water-stabilized layer e; and S6, conducting compaction: flattening the virtually-laid water stable layer e through a land leveler, compacting through a road roller and curing, and then forming a new water stable layer f.
