The invention discloses a novel marking machine for road marking. The novel marking machine comprises a machine head and a material groove, a rotating device is arranged at the bottom of the materialgroove, and a hot cavity and a material cavity are formed in the material groove; the hot cavity and the material cavity are of a double-layer structure, the material cavity is located in the hot cavity, the bottom of the hot cavity is connected with a heating device, and a heat medium of the heating device is air. A stirring device is arranged in the material cavity, and the bottom of the stirring device is connected with an output shaft of the rotating device through a rotating shaft; the hot cavity comprises a plurality of annular grooves which are concave inwards, and at least one stirringdevice is arranged between every two adjacent annular grooves. The stirring device and the heating device are comprehensively considered in marking machine. The hot cavity is provided with the annular groove which is sunken inwards, so that the contact area of the material cavity and the hot cavity is increased, and meanwhile, during stirring, materials directly acted by the stirring device are uniformly heated up and down and left and right, so that the phenomena of uneven heating and material hardening are prevented.
本发明公开了一种用于道路标线绘制的新型划线机,包括机头和料槽,所述料槽的底部设有旋转装置,料槽的内部设有热腔和料腔;所述的热腔与料腔呈双层结构,料腔位于热腔的内部,热腔的底部与加热装置相连,所述加热装置的热介质为空气;所述的料腔内设有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置的底部通过转轴与旋转装置的输出轴相连;所述的热腔包括多个向内凹陷的环形凹槽,相邻的两个环形凹槽之间设有至少一个搅拌装置。本装置综合考虑搅拌装置与加热装置。将热腔设有向内凹陷的环形凹槽,以增大料腔与热腔的接触面积,同时,在搅拌时,搅拌装置所直接作用的物料的上下左右均被均匀的加热,以防止加热不均,出现物料板结的现象。
