Inter-segment bolting and welding type combined continuous beam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an inter-segment bolting and welding type combined continuous beam and a construction method thereof. The continuous beam comprises pier columns, cover beams, prefabricated zero segments, prefabricated end segments and prefabricated middle beam segments, each of the prefabricated zero segments and the prefabricated end segments comprises a steel beam, a concrete plate and shear connectors, and each steel beam comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a web plate; longitudinal connecting steel components are arranged on the adjacent sections of top plates, the adjacent longitudinal connecting steel components are welded in a butt joint mode, the longitudinal connecting steel components are matched with the adjacent top plates to be welded, and bolting and wet jointsof the adjacent webs and the adjacent bottom plates form longitudinal connecting sections. Inter-segment bolting and welding are adopted, so that the welding quality problem possibly caused by overhead welding of the bottom plate is avoided, and construction is also facilitated. By arranging the longitudinal connecting steel components, the connecting strength between the adjacent prefabricated zero sections during construction is enhanced, the arrangement time of the temporary piers is shortened, industrial production, segmented transportation and assembly construction can be achieved, and traffic disturbance can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种节段间栓焊式组合连续梁及其施工方法,该连续梁包括墩柱、盖梁、预制0号节段、预制端部节段及预制中梁节段,预制0号节段及预制端部节段均包括钢梁、混凝土板及剪力连接件,钢梁包括顶板、底板及腹板;相邻节段顶板上设有纵向连接钢构件,相邻纵向连接钢构件对接焊接,纵向连接钢构件配合相邻顶板焊接、相邻腹板及相邻底板的栓接、湿接缝形成纵向连接段。采用节段间栓焊,避免了底板仰焊可能造成的焊接质量问题,也方便了施工。通过设置纵向连接钢构件,增强了相邻预制0号节段之间施工时的连接强度,减少了临时墩的设置时间,可实现工业化生产、分段运输、装配化施工,有利于缩短交通干扰。
