The invention relates to a large-cantilever concrete bent cap few-embedded-part assembly type bracket and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the steps of S1, reserving athrough steel bar hole, and filling a PVC pipe with sand and sealing when a pier stud is poured; S2, conducting core-penetrating steel bar construction, specifically, after concrete reaches the designed strength, enabling a core-penetrating steel bar to penetrate into the preformed hole; mounting a triangular bracket at the lower edge of the cantilever beam; mounting an upper-layer section steel bracket at the lower edge of the cantilever beam; S3, installing a cantilever scaffold; mounting a bottom die; binding reinforcing steel bars; installing opposite-pull finish-rolled deformed steel bars, and enabling the finish-rolled deformed steel bars to connect opposite-pull rods of opposite-pull formworks of the two pier columns in the door-shaped support; S4, pouring vase section concrete; capping beam steel bar and concrete construction and prestress construction; and adjusting the screw top and demounting the bracket layer by layer. The construction method has the advantages that the defect that the deflection deformation of the end of the cantilever end support is too large in a traditional construction method is overcome, the purposes of accelerating the progress and saving materials are achieved, and the construction difficulty and period are reduced.
本发明涉及大悬臂混凝土盖梁少预埋件装配式托架及其施工工法,包括:步骤S1、穿心钢棒孔洞预留,墩柱浇筑时将PVC管装沙并进行封口;步骤S2、穿心钢棒施工,混凝土达到设计强度后将穿心钢棒穿入预留孔;在悬臂梁的下缘进行三角托架安装;在悬臂梁的下缘进行上层型钢托架安装;步骤S3、悬挑脚手架安装;底模安装;钢筋绑扎;对拉精轧螺纹钢安装,精轧螺纹钢在门型支架内部将两根墩柱的对拉模板的对拉杆连接起来;步骤S4、花瓶段混凝土浇筑;盖梁钢筋、混凝土施工、预应力施工;调节丝顶,托架分层拆除。其优点表现在:克服了传统施工方法悬臂端支架的端头挠度变形过大的缺点,达到加快进度节省材料的目的,减少了施工难度与周期。
