The invention discloses a construction tool and method for concrete cracking-prevention control. The construction tool comprises a thermal insulation coating, and the thermal insulation coating comprises a third impermeable layer, a second impermeable layer, a thermal insulation layer and a first impermeable layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top; and the construction tool furthercomprises a vertical shaft, a pump body, a water injection pipe and a drainage pipe, the pump body injects a water body in the vertical shaft into the space between the third impermeable layer and the second impermeable layer through the water injection pipe, and the drainage pipe is used for draining the water body between the third impermeable layer and the second impermeable layer. The construction method is based on the construction tool. By the adoption of the technical scheme, low-temperature cracking prevention of concrete can be achieved, meanwhile, the temperature of the surface layer of the concrete is controllable, and meanwhile the advantage of saving energy is further achieved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土防裂控制用施工器具及方法,所述施工器具包括保温覆层,所述保温覆层包括由下至上依次层叠的第三防渗层、第二防渗层、保温层及第一防渗层;还包括竖井、泵体、注水管及排水管,所述泵体通过注水管将竖井内的水体注入第三防渗层与第二防渗层之间,所述排水管用于排出第三防渗层与第二防渗层之间的水体。所述施工方法基于所述施工器具。采用本方案提供的技术方案,不仅可实现混凝土低温防裂,同时混凝土表层温度可控,同时还具有节能的特点。
