Dam emergency door quick braking method
The invention discloses a dam emergency door quick braking method. The method is characterized in that a generator is connected to a winch shaft of an emergency door winch, an adjustable resistor is arranged on an excitation loop of the generator, and a heat dissipation resistor is connected to a power generation loop of the generator; and reverse torque generated by a generator is mainly used forachieving braking of the emergency door, meanwhile, the magnitude of current in the excitation loop is adjusted by adjusting the resistance value of the adjustable resistor in the generator excitation loop, and therefore the magnitude of braking torque is adjusted. According to the method, when the emergency door is put down, a rotating shaft is driven to rotate to enable the generator to generate electricity, meanwhile, reverse torque generated by the generator is used for achieving rapid braking of the emergency door, brake abrasion caused by a traditional friction type brake device is avoided, and the convenience of rapid braking of the emergency door is improved.
本发明公开了一种水坝事故门快速刹车方法,通过在事故门卷扬机绞盘轴上连接设置发电机,并在发电机的励磁回路上设置可调电阻,在发电机的发电回路中连接设置散热电阻。其主要采用发电机所产生的反向扭矩来实现事故门的刹车,同时,通过调节发电机励磁回路中的可调电阻阻值来调节励磁回路中的电流大小,从而实现刹车扭矩的大小调节。本发明巧妙的利用了事故门下放时,带动转轴转动从而使发电机发电,同时又利用发电机所产生的反向扭矩来实现事故门的快速刹车,避免了传统摩擦式刹车装置所造成的刹车磨损,提升了事故门快速刹车的便捷性。
