Vacuum combined preloading construction method for soft foundation section
The invention discloses a vacuum combined preloading construction method for a soft foundation section. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, forming a foundation treatment site; 2, inserting plastic drain boards; 3, laying a 50cm medium-coarse sand cushion layer; 4, processing and laying vacuum pipelines; 5, constructing a mixing wall; 6, covering a vacuum film and constructing a sealing ditch; 7, mounting air extraction equipment for vacuumizing; and 8, performing preloading and vacuum combined preloading. The vacuum preloading load reinforcement effect is obvious, the reinforcement can be finished at one time without grading, the time is saved, and foundation soil is not subjected to shear failure. The reinforcement effect is uniform, and the whole site is treated at the sametime. On the basis of vacuum preloading, a mound load is applied, so that the foundation bearing capacity can be further improved, and post-construction settlement is eliminated. The method is suitable for projects with the foundation bearing capacity requirement of more than 80KPa and the relatively high post-construction settlement requirement. The construction settlement is accelerated, and theconstruction period is shortened.
