The invention discloses a foundation pit support replacing piece and a pouring method thereof. The foundation pit support replacing piece comprises a connecting rod, wherein a connecting part used forbeing connected with an outer wall is arranged at one end of the connecting rod, an abutting part used for abutting against a fender post is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod, and the extending direction of the abutting part is perpendicular to the length direction of the connecting rod. The foundation pit support replacing piece is provided with the connecting rod, and the connecting part is arranged at one end of the connecting rod and can be connected with a wall surface; and the abutting part is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod and can be connected with the fender post, the extending direction of the abutting part is perpendicular to the length direction of the connecting rod, the foundation pit support replacing piece can be stressed uniformly when the abutting part abuts against the fender post, and the connecting part of the abutting part and the support replacing piece is not prone to be damaged.
