The invention discloses a pile foundation structure and a slope protection system. According to the pile foundation structure, reinforcing assemblies are arranged on main body frameworks, each reinforcing assembly comprises a threaded rod and a connecting rod, the threaded rods extend out of cavities to be connected with a foundation outside the main body frameworks, the cavities are used for injecting concrete to fix the threaded rods, the connection firmness of the pile body and the foundation in the vertical direction is improved, and the connection strength between the pile foundation structure and the foundation is enhanced, due to the fact that a damping body is arranged between a side slope body and a pier stud, the side slope body and the pile foundation structure are prevented from being damaged under the action of strong earthquakes, and meanwhile the downward sliding force of the side slope body and the pile foundation structure is reduced.
