The invention discloses a building water supply pipeline antifreezing system driven by a circulating water pump. The building water supply pipeline antifreezing system comprises the circulating waterpump, a water supply vertical pipe, a circulating pipe, a bypass pipeline, a valve, a control box, a water meter and a municipal water supply pipe network, wherein the pipeline comprises a building piping shaft pipeline which is connected with a municipal water supply pipe network buried below a frozen earth layer and a user indoor pipeline, the circulating water pump, the check valve and the bypass pipeline are additionally arranged at the bottom of a building piping shaft, and the control box is arranged in an equipment room. According to the building water supply pipeline antifreezing system, a flow signal on the side of the household water meter is detected and is transmitted to the control box, and the circulating water pump is controlled to turn on and off by the control box, so thatinternal water forms a closed cycle I (a-b-c-d-j-h-a) when users do not use water in a water supply pipeline located at the piping shaft, and parallel flow II (one path is a-g/i, and the other path is a-h-j-f-e-d-c-b-i/g) is formed when the users use water. In two conditions that the users do not use water and the users use water in a building, water in the system flows, so that frost splitting of the water supply pipeline is prevented.
