The invention provides an assembly type wallboard which comprises a partition board, connecting parts capable of being deformed by extrusion are arranged on the two sides and the upper end of the partition board respectively, the connecting parts make contact with structural columns on the two sides and a structural beam on the top, and tie bars penetrating through the connecting parts in the vertical direction and inserted into the structural beam are arranged at the upper end of the partition board. The fabricated wallboard has the advantages that the connecting part is in contact with the bearing structure, the structural column and the structural beam are allowed to deform to extrude the connecting part to release stress, and the structural strength of the fabricated wallboard during field installation is improved through longitudinal reinforcement output of the tie bars, so that the fabricated wallboard is integrally inclined or deformed, and the service life of the fabricated wallboard is prolonged. Space for deformation of bearing structures such as structural beams and structural columns is reserved so as to release stress and protect the bearing structures.
本发明提供了一种装配式墙板,包括隔墙板,所述隔墙板的两侧和上端分别设置有能够受挤压变形的连接部,所述连接部与两侧的结构柱及顶部的结构梁接触,所述隔墙板的上端设置有沿竖直方向穿过连接部插入结构梁中的拉结钢筋。本发明的优点在于:通过连接部与承重结构接触,允许结构柱及结构梁发生变形挤压连接部释放应力,通过拉结钢筋纵向出筋,提高装配式墙板在现场安装时的结构强度,从而使装配式墙板整体发生倾斜或变形,留出供结构梁、结构柱等承重结构变形的空间,以释放应力,保护承重结构。
