The invention relates to a structural outer wall reserved hole plugging construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps of: chiseling and cleaning the interior of a reservedhole, mounting a formwork, manufacturing wooden wedges with the bottom angle of 15 degrees when mounting the formwork, mounting the wooden wedges on two sides of the reserved hole, reinforcing the formwork by adopting water stop opposite-pull screws, after mounting an outer side formwork, mounting the wooden wedges on the two sides of the reserved hole, the inner side formwork adopts the wooden wedges and the opposite-pull screws to keep a plane so as to reinforce, forming a horn opening in the inner side after reinforcing, pouring micro-expansion fine stone concrete with the height of one elevation after watering and wetting, and after pouring and achieving final setting, detaching the formwork, cutting off the opposite-pull screws, chiseling the reserved horn opening to be flush with the inner wall, and trowelling and calendaring the horn opening by adopting 1: 2.5 cement mortar. The reserved hole plugging quality and the turnover frequency of the plugging material are effectively guaranteed, practicability and flexibility are achieved, and the concept of sustainable development is met.
本发明涉及一种结构外墙预留洞封堵建造方法,首先进行预留洞口内部的剔凿清理,然后进行模板安装,安装模板时制作木楔子,木楔子底部角度为15°,安装于预留洞口两侧,模板加固采用止水对拉螺杆,安装外侧模板后,将木楔子安装于预留洞口两侧,内侧模板采用木楔子与对拉螺杆保持平面,进行加固,加固按完成后内侧呈现喇叭口,浇水湿润后进行高一标高的微膨胀细石砼浇筑,浇筑完成后,达到终凝后,拆除模板,切断对拉螺杆,对预留喇叭口进行剔凿与内墙平齐,并采用1:2.5水泥砂浆进行抹平压光。本发明有效保障其预留洞口封堵质量及封堵材料的周转次数,具备实用性、灵活性,符合可持续发展的理念。
