On the basis of an existing door and window handle, the limiting mechanism pressed by the thumb is added, the door and window can be opened only by pressing the limiting mechanism before the handle rotates, the fingers of a child are small, the limiting mechanism and the rotating handle cannot be pressed at the same time, and then the child is prevented from opening the door and window at will, so that the child is prevented from randomly walking out of the door or extending out of the window, and the safety of the child is further protected.
