The invention discloses a concealed door handle actuator. The concealed door handle actuator comprises a shell body, a motor, a lead screw and transmission teeth, wherein the motor, the lead screw andthe transmission teeth are arranged inside the shell body, an output shaft of the motor is connected with a worm, the periphery of the lead screw is sleeved with a lead screw cylinder with a gear, and the transmission teeth are arranged between the worm and the lead screw cylinder and mesh with the worm and a gear part on the lead screw cylinder so that the motor can drive the lead screw to do forward or backward linear motion. The actuator is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, and the transmission teeth are obliquely arranged inside a transmission tooth mounting groove so that the occupied space can be saved, and the boundary dimension of the actuator can be reduced.
