The invention relates to a modular fireproof door and a mounting method thereof. The modular fireproof door comprises a frame-shaped door frame, a door plate rotatably mounted in the door frame, a monitoring alarm module and a smoke blocking module arranged between the door frame and the door plate. The smoke blocking module comprises four sealing plates arranged on the four sides of the door frame, the length directions of the four sealing plates are consistent with the length direction of the side, where the four sealing plates are located, of the door frame, sealing grooves used for containing the sealing plates are formed in the inner side of the door frame, and the sealing plates are slidably arranged in the sealing grooves. A driving mechanism used for driving the sealing plates to slide to one side and protruding out of the sealing grooves is further arranged in the door frame, and when the fireproof door is closed and the sides of the sealing plates protrude out of the sealinggrooves, and the sides, protruding out of the sealing grooves, of the sealing plates are attached to the door plate. The fireproof door has the effect of preventing dense smokes from entering the escape space through gaps of the fireproof door when a fire occurs.
