The invention provides a spraying dust removal device for automatically adjusting the spray size along with wind power in a building foundation pit. A metal rod is fixedly mounted on the inner side surface of a fan blade frame, magnetic blocks are arranged on the left surface and the right surface of a treatment bin and opposite to the metal rod, and a swash plate is arranged on the outer surfaceof a transmission shaft; and an inserting column penetrates through the joint of the swash plate and the transmission shaft, a supporting rod is movably installed on the surface of the inner side of the swash plate, and the tail end of the supporting rod is movably connected with a rotary disc. When the external wind speed changes, dust in the foundation pit flies, the fan blade frame and the transmission shaft rotate faster to drive the magnetic blocks and the metal rod to do magnetic induction line cutting motion, generated current flows into a coil, and therefore it is guaranteed that a magnetic field generated by the coil pushes a magnet to drive an adjusting disc and the rotary disc to move inwards on the surface of the transmission shaft at the same time; and the inclination angle ofthe swash plate is changed, the higher the wind speed is, the higher the extraction frequency is, meanwhile, the more the extruded fog water is, and the whole structure can automatically adjust the size of spray for dust fall according to the change of the wind speed.
本发明提供一种建筑基坑内随风力自动调节大小用喷雾除尘装置,所述扇叶架的内侧表面固定安装有金属棒,所述金属棒的相对面在处理仓的左右表面设置有磁块,所述传动轴的外表面设置有斜盘,所述斜盘和传动轴的连接处贯穿有插柱,所述斜盘的内侧表面活动安装有支杆,所述支杆的末端活动连接有转盘。当外界的风速变化时,基坑内部灰尘飞扬,此时扇叶架与传动轴转动加快,来带动磁块与金属棒做切割磁感线运动,而产生的电流通入线圈内部,从而保证线圈产生的磁场推动磁铁,带动调节盘与转盘在传动轴的表面同时向内侧移动,改变斜盘的倾斜角度,风速越大抽取频率越快,同时挤压的雾水越多,整个结构可根据风速的变化来自行调节喷雾降尘的大小。
