The invention discloses a desulfurized reclaimed rubber recycled asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of road engineering materials. The desulfurized reclaimed rubber recycled asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-45 parts of an old asphalt pavement reclaimed material, 2-8 parts of matrix asphalt, 0.5-4 part of desulfurized rubber powder, 45-60 parts of a new aggregate and 3-8 parts of a component solubilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating and mixing the recycled asphalt pavement material of an old road and the matrix asphalt, adding the new aggregate, and finally adding the desulfurized rubber powder and the component solubilizer for modification. According to thedesulfurized reclaimed rubber recycled asphalt mixture, environmental pollution can be reduced, and the road maintenance and reconstruction cost can be reduced; and meanwhile, good anti-cracking performance is achieved, and emission of harmful gas can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种脱硫再生胶再生沥青混合料及其制备方法，属于道路工程材料技术领域。该脱硫再生胶再生沥青混合料的原料以重量份计包括：旧路沥青路面回收料25‑45份，基质沥青2‑8份，脱硫胶粉0.5‑4份，新集料45‑60份，组分增溶剂3‑8份；其制备方法是先将旧路沥青路面回收料和基质沥青加热拌合，然后加入新集料，最后加入脱硫胶粉和组分增溶剂进行改性。本发明的脱硫再生胶再生沥青混合料能够减少对环境的污染、降低公路维修改造的成本；同时具有良好的抗裂性能、能够减少有害气体的排放。
