The high-polymer environment-friendly recycled concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 980-1050 parts of coarse aggregate, 630-680 parts of fine aggregate, 350-380 parts of cement, 60-80 parts of slag powder, 110-140 parts of fly ash, 155-170 partsof water and 2-5 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, wherein the coarse aggregate is surface-coated with a lac film.
