Ceramic tile containing silicon carbide waste and preparation method of ceramic tile
The invention relates to a ceramic tile containing silicon carbide waste and a preparation method of the ceramic tile. A blank of the ceramic tile containing silicon carbide waste is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of Gaoan sand; 30 parts of polishing and edging materials; 5 parts of Fuzhou white mud; 15 parts of Yichun silt; 5 parts of high-alumina sand; 3 partsof water-washed kaolin; 5 parts of new imitation sand; 4 parts of Fangtian sand; 4 parts of bentonite; 7 parts of Huashi mud; 4 parts of water-milled potassium-sodium sand; 12 parts of water-washed sand tailings; and 3 parts of silicon carbide. Silicon carbide is powder obtained by crushing waste silicon carbide grinding blocks into 200 meshes by adopting a Raymond mill. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials; (2) conducting ball-milling and pulping; (3) conducting spraying to prepare powder; (4) conducting green body pressing; (5), conducting surfacedecoration; and (6) conducting high-temperature sintering in a roller kiln, wherein the oxygen content of the sintering atmosphere in a sintering oxidation zone (800-1050 DEG C) is 6-10%, and the sintering time in a sintering strong oxidation high-temperature zone (1000-1050 DEG C) is 8-10 min.
