Self-healing modified SiC/SiC composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a self-healing modified SiC/SiC composite material and a preparation method thereof. A composite interface layer of the SiC/SiC composite material is of a three-layer structure including a PyC layer (inner layer), a BN layer (middle layer) and a SiC layer arranged from inside to outside by taking SiC fibers as a reference. According to the method, the advantages of crack deflection of the PyC interface layer and self-healing of the BN interface layer are brought into full play, and the self-healing capacity of the SiC/SiC composite material is improved; and meanwhile,a self-healing medium is introduced into a composite material matrix, so that the self-healing interface layer and the matrix have a synergistic effect, and the service performance of the composite material in long-term high-temperature, oxidation and bearing environments is improved.
本发明涉及一种自愈合改性SiC/SiC复合材料及其制备方法,所述SiC/SiC复合材料的复合界面层为三层结构,以SiC纤维为基准从内到外分别是PyC层(内层),BN层(中间层)和SiC层。本发明充分发挥了PyC界面层在裂纹偏转和BN界面层自愈合的优势,改善SiC/SiC复合材料的自愈合能力;同时,在复合材料基体中引入自愈合介质,使得自愈合的界面层和基体协同作用,提高复合材料在长时高温、氧化和承载环境下的服役性能。
