In micropore apertures of the cordierite gasoline particle filter, D10 is larger than or equal to 7 micrometers, D90 is smaller than or equal to 50 micrometers, the pore distribution coefficient K is equal to (D90-D10)/D50 and smaller than or equal to 3.0, and the cordierite gasoline particle filter is prepared from 50.5%-51.1% of hollow silicon dioxide microspheres, 35.2%-35.8% of flaky alpha aluminum oxide and 13.4-14.0% of active magnesium oxide. The hollow silicon dioxide microsphereis of a hollow orifice shell structure, the thickness of the shell wall is 0.2-1.0 [mu]m, D50 is equal to 20-36 [mu]m, D10 is larger than or equal to 15 [mu]m, D90 is smaller than or equal to 47 [mu]m, and the particle size distribution coefficient P is equal to (D90-D10)/D50 and smaller than or equal to 1.3. The prepared cordierite gasoline particle filter with narrow pore size distribution andlarge size meets the PN emission requirement without pretreatment.
