The invention provides a plane-crossing-free cross twisted flyover for spiral meeting traffic, which is composed of two centrosymmetric bridge body half parts, and each bridge body half part comprisesan overhead straight-going bridge body, a first turning bridge body and a second turning bridge body. Bridge piers are arranged below all parts of the flyover; the straight bridge body is used for crossing a transverse lane on the ground above a downward lane of the longitudinal road and deflecting to an upward lane of the longitudinal road; the first turning bridge body is used for connecting adownward right turn of the longitudinal road with an upward lane left turn of the transverse road; and the second turning bridge body is used for connecting the right turn of the transverse road upperlane with the left turn of the longitudinal road upper lane. The overground bridge has the advantages that only one layer of overground bridge body is arranged, the structure is simple, the occupiedarea is small, and the construction cost is low; a twisted passing mode is adopted in one direction, right-turning and straight-going non-motor vehicles and pedestrians pass through the interchange, full-interchange passing is achieved, and mutual influence of right-turning and straight-going is avoided.
