The invention relates to a bracket-free construction method for a wet joint of a small box girder prefabricated anti-collision wall, which is characterized in that a fixed steel template is arranged on the anti-collision wall prefabricated at two ends and comprises an inner side steel template, an outer side steel template, an upper opposite-pull rod and a lower opposite-pull rod; before construction, the anti-collision wall and the small box girder are hoisted to the bent cap through hoisting equipment, then bridge deck cross beam construction is conducted, and bridge deck structure system conversion is completed; during construction, anti-collision wall wet joint steel bar connection is completed firstly, then the inner side steel formwork and the outer side steel formwork are fixed to the inner side and the outer side of an anti-collision wall respectively, the inner side steel formwork and the outer side steel formwork are connected and fixed to the lower portion and the upper portion through opposite-pull rods, and finally anti-collision wall wet joint concrete is poured.
