The invention discloses a reverse construction and central island type combined foundation pit supporting method, and relates to the field of foundation pit construction. In order to solve the problemthat the construction period of foundation pit excavation construction is long, the method specifically comprises the following steps that stand column piles and uplift piles are constructed according to the position of a foundation pit; a central island frame structure is reinforced according to corresponding calculation; a basement structure top plate is constructed, one end of the basement structure top plate is supported on a foundation pit enclosure structure, and the other end of the basement structure top plate is supported on the central island frame structure; excavation is carried out downwards to the elevation of the first floor, and a layer of underground plate is constructed and supported on the central island frame structure and the foundation pit enclosure structure; the steps are repeated until excavation is carried out to the bottom of the foundation pit, and a basement structure bottom plate is constructed; and a basement outer wall and a structure outer wrapping column are sequentially manufactured upwards. Compared with a method that in conventional design, excavation of the foundation pit can be carried out under the conditions that a horizontal supporting system needs to be completely formed and the surrounding soil pressure is balanced in foundation pit construction, the construction period of foundation pit excavation construction can be greatly shortened.
