The indoor top surface paint brushing device comprises a base, wherein a lifting cavity with an upward opening is formed in the base; the left lower side of the lifting cavity is equipped with a drive slide block cavity in a communication mode; a drive slide block is arranged in the drive slide block cavity in a left-right sliding mode; the upper end surface of the drive slide block and the right side of the lower wall of the lifting cavity are jointly connected with a shear type lifting frame through a hinge; the right upper side of the shear type lifting frame is fixedly equipped with a brushing plate; and a driven slide block cavity with a downward opening is formed in the brushing plate and is positioned above the drive slide block cavity. The indoor top surface paint brushing device can lift a brush barrel to abut against an indoor roof, so that paint brushing operation is conveniently performed on the indoor roof, and workload of staff is reduced; paint can be supplemented onto the barrel surface of the brush barrel, so that uneven brushing due to paint reductionis avoided; and meanwhile, the device can detect a liquid level in a paint barrel, and an automatic control mechanism supplements paint in the paint barrel.
