The hanging basket comprises hanging systems and a suspension system; two hanging systems are arranged; each hanging system comprises a hanging structure, a stroke limiting disc, a counter weight, a working steel wire rope and a safety steel wire rope, wherein the hanging structure is used for beinginstalled at the top supporting position of a building, and the hanging structure comprises a front support, a rear support, a front adjusting base, a rear adjusting base, an upper support, a front beam, a middle beam, a rear beam, a lifting head, a climbing rope, a rear puller, turnbuckles, rope clamps and balancing weights; the suspension system comprises a suspension platform, a safety lock, anelevator and an electric control box, and the electric control box is installed on the suspension platform; and the suspension platform comprises one or more fence bottoms sequentially arranged in the length direction, first fence pieces connected to the front ends of the fence bottoms, second fence pieces connected to the rear ends of the fence bottoms and two end socket mounting frames connected to two tail ends of the fence bottoms. The hanging basket for the building outer wall is firm, stable, high in safety, easy to install and high in applicability.
