本发明提供变电站钢筋混凝土人字形电杆以及制作方法,其包括两根直径相同的混凝土支撑杆,两根混凝土支撑杆顶端均设置有一个端头钢圈,两根混凝土支撑杆顶部通过端头钢圈连接,两根混凝土支撑杆底部之间有间隙,两根混凝土支撑杆连接后呈人字形结构变电站钢筋混凝土人字形电杆是由两根混凝土支撑杆顶部连接后呈人字形结构,相比较传统的钢筋混凝土电杆基本上为单根的形式,人字形电杆的稳定性更好,弯矩、杆段挠度等力学性能高,更能适用于风大的特殊地区;两根混凝土支撑杆为一次性生产,在结构上具备整个杆段的均匀性和完整性,提高了混凝土电杆的弯矩、杆段挠度等力学性能,而且简化了现场装配的工序、提高了现场施工效率。
