The ventilation and dehumidification device comprises a bathroom wall body, a ceiling plate is arranged above an innercavity of the bathroom wall body, a ceiling mounting assembly is arranged at the top of the inner cavity of the bathroom wall body, a mounting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the ceiling mounting assembly, a shell is arranged at the bottom of the mounting mechanism, and the rear side of the shell communicates with an inner pipe. During actual use, when the exhaust intensity needs to be adjusted, a user starts a first suction fan again, the amount of sucked air is increased, flowing of indoor air is increased, and therefore the air exhaust speed is increased, and the ventilation effectis improved; and when the indoor air is humid, if the dehumidification speed needs to be increased, the user starts a first heater again to dehumidify air passing through a connecting pipe, and therefore air entering from the two positions is subjected to drying treatment, the air inflow is increased, meanwhile, the dehumidification speed can be increased, and the dehumidification efficiency is improved.
