Preparation method of porous biological ceramic coating with controllable porosity
The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous biological ceramic coating with controllable porosity, and relates to the technical field of preparation of biological ceramic materials and ceramic coatings. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing biological ceramic powder with a pore-forming agent to obtain biological ceramic composite powder; (2) adding the composite powderand other assistants into photosensitive resin in proportion to prepare light-curing ceramic resin slurry; (3) coating the surface of a matrix with the light-curing ceramic resin slurry, and performing light curing to obtain a porous biological ceramic coating green body; and (4) degreasing the porous biological ceramic coating green body at high temperature, removing the pore-forming agent and performing sintering to obtain the porous biological ceramic coating. The method is simple, convenient and easy to operate, and the biological ceramic coating with controllable porosity and uniform tissue structure can be prepared by designing and optimizing the composition and proportion of the light-curing ceramic slurry and using a photocuring forming mode.
本发明公开了一种孔隙率可控的多孔生物陶瓷涂层制备方法,涉及生物陶瓷材料与陶瓷涂层制备技术领域。该方法包括以下步骤(1)将生物陶瓷粉末与造孔剂混合得到生物陶瓷复合粉末(2)将复合粉末与其他助剂按比例加入光敏树脂,配置光固化陶瓷树脂浆料(3)将光固化陶瓷树脂浆料涂覆在基体表面,光固化得到多孔生物陶瓷涂层坯体(4)将多孔生物陶瓷涂层坯体高温脱脂、去除造孔剂和烧结,获得多孔生物陶瓷涂层。本发明方法简便易操作,通过设计与优化光固化陶瓷浆料的组成及配比,使用光固化成形方式,可以制备孔隙率可控、组织结构均匀的生物陶瓷涂层。
