The pile driver structurally comprises two caterpillar bands, a machine body, a driving arm, a main rod, an upper end block, a lower end block and a pile hammer mechanism; the two caterpillar bands are installed at the bottom of the machine body; the machine body is mechanically connected with the main rod through the driving arm; the upper end block is arranged at the top of the main rod; the upper end block and the lower end block are arranged in an up-down structure; the main rod penetrates through the lower end block; and the lower endblock is mechanically connected with the pile hammer mechanism. The pile driver has the beneficial effects that when a main hammer block is used for hammering a pile rod, the pile rod generates opposite acting force relative to the main hammer block, the opposite acting force acts on a sub-hammer block to provide upward movement force for the sub-hammer block, repulsive force between a magnetic layer and a fixed magnetic block drives the sub-hammer block to move upwards, and the main hammer block driven by the same power energy consumption can obtain double downward hammering acting force.
