The executing mechanism is configured to be capable of performing construction on an outer wall surface; the executing mechanism is arranged on the motion track mechanism and can move on the motion track mechanism; and the jacking mechanism is configured to be capable of jacking the motion track mechanism to a preset operation height so as to improve the stability of the motion track mechanism.
