The invention relates to a drilling-free clamp for a formwork and a construction method thereof. The clamp comprises two clamp bodies and split bolts; the two clamp bodies are connected through the split bolts; lug plates are arranged on two sides of each clamp body; a groove is formed in the middle of each clamp body; round holes are formed in the grooves; and the split bolts are connected with the clamp bodies through the round holes. The clamp has the advantages that reinforcing holes are reduced during shear wall formwork construction, the formwork turnover efficiency is improved, and green construction is achieved.
