The invention belongs to the field of cement, and particularly relates to a cement grinding process. The cement grinding process comprises the following steps that calcined cement clinker is put intothe upstream end, located at one end in the axial direction, of screw crushing equipment with the axis being horizontally arranged, and large cement clinker blocks are crushed into cement clinker particles with the large particle size through the screw crushing equipment; and the cement clinker particles are moved to the downstream end, located at the other end in the axial direction, of the screwcrushing equipment. According to the cement grinding process, cement clinkers with different particle sizes can be sorted, crushed and ground step by step; and the large cement clinker blocks can beefficiently and uniformly crushed by adopting screw crushing, and the problems of heavy bounce and non-uniform crushing effect of grinding roller crushing are avoided.
