The device comprises a mounting frame and a control mechanism mounted on the mounting frame, connecting frames are connected to twoends of the mounting frame, a pair of electric rolling shafts is connected between the pair of connecting frames, and a pair of rotary adjusting type cleaning mechanisms is mounted on the mounting frame; and each rotary adjusting type cleaning mechanism comprises a pair of connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are connected with the connecting frames, a cleaning baffle is connected between onepair of connecting pieces in a rotating manner, a rotating shaft is connected between each cleaning baffle and the pair of corresponding connecting pieces, an asphalt scraping mechanism is connected to each rotating shaft, and each rotating shaft is sleeved with a plurality of volute spiral springs which are evenly distributed, so that the cleaning baffles are not affected by a self-control telescopic mechanism. By arranging corresponding mechanisms on the flat electric rolling shafts, an operator can conveniently and correspondingly clean the surfaces of the electric rolling shafts, and the operator does not need to use other cleaning equipment, so that the cleaning efficiency of the operator on the electric rolling shafts can be greatly improved, and the workload of the operator is greatly reduced.
