The invention provides a manufacturing process of a polyurethane rock wool composite board, wherein the manufacturing process of the polyurethane rock wool composite board adopts the following equipment for manufacturing, the equipment comprises a supporting table, fixed frames, a fixing device and a hot pressing device, the lower end of the supporting table is connected with the existing ground,and the fixed frames are mounted at the upper end of the supporting table in a bilateral symmetry mode; the fixing device and the hot pressing device are arranged between the left and right opposite fixed frames from bottom to top. According to the manufacturing process of the polyurethane rock wool composite board, through mutual cooperation of a T-shaped column, movable rods, limiting blocks andtension springs, the function of locking and fixing a plate core through the limiting blocks can be achieved; and low finished product quality caused by deviation of the plate core in the manufacturing process of a polyurethane rock wool composite plate is avoided.
本发明提供了一种聚氨酯岩棉复合板制造工艺，该种聚氨酯岩棉复合板制造工艺采用如下设备制造，该设备包括支撑台、固定架、固定装置和热压装置，所述的支撑台的下端与已有地面相连，支撑台的上端左右对称安装有固定架，左右正相对的固定架之间由下至上依次设置有固定装置和热压装置，本发明能够通过T型柱、活动杆、限位块和拉簧之间的相互配合，可实现限位块对板芯进行锁紧固定的功能，以免在对聚氨酯岩棉复合板制造的过程中板芯发生偏移导致成品质量不高。
